Best Bliss Bites
I don’t buy bars anymore.
- 1 cup chopped pecans ((any nuts you prefer))
- 1/2 cup peanut butter, or other nut butter
- 2 Tbsp coconut oil
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup flax seeds
- 1 to 2 tsp vanilla and/or almond extract
Mix nut butter and honey.
Add dry ingredients one by one, mixing well.
Scoop into balls.
Store in airtight container.
Keep in the freezer for longer life.
Get creative! Optional ingredients include a cup of oatmeal, dried fruit pieces, chocolate pieces, plant-based protein powder, other protein powder, agave or maple syrup instead of honey, coconut oil… use your imagination!
Best Bliss Bites are a little fat, sweet, crunchy and salty. And a lot delicious!
